WardWizard Innovations and Mobility, which manufactures and sells electric bikes under the Joy e-Bike brand, has announced recording its highest-ever monthly sales in November 2021. Last month, the company sold 3,290 electric scooters and motorcycles, witnessing a massive twelve-fold growth compared to 255 units sold a year ago in November 2020. The company says the massive growth was driven by demand during the festive period and rebound in the business activities. WardWizard says that its low-speed models have observed good traction in both urban and semi-urban centres.
Commenting on the landmark sales, Sheetal Bhalerao, Chief Operations Officer, WardWizard Innovations and Mobility, said, “During this festival season, we have received phenomenal response across all our dealerships with massive bookings and inquiries in comparison to last year. With our network expansion and introduction of company-owned outlets, we have started receiving good responses from the customers in new markets as well. With more awareness and inclination of the customers for green mobility, we are confident of achieving robust sales numbers in the coming months.”
Wardwizard saw an equally impressive sales performance during the April and November 2021 period. The company’s Year-To-Date (YTD) sales stood at 13,516 units nearly seven-fold growth compared to the 1,957 electric two-wheelers sold during the same period in 2020. Currently, Joy e-bike has a wide product portfolio of 9 electric scooters and motorcycles in its fleet.
